Logline

Diagnosed with a rare and fatal sleep disorder, a reclusive artist has days to live and no hope of rest — forcing her into a final, dangerous awakening where desire, identity, and reality begin to fracture.

Synopsis

When Adrian, a gifted but withdrawn artist, is diagnosed with Fatal Insomnia, a rare genetic condition that killed her mother, she is given a brutal truth: she will never sleep again, and she has only days to live.

As exhaustion dismantles her grip on reality, Adrian abandons isolation and plunges into a reckless final chapter of self-discovery. Drawn toward pleasure, risk, and human connection, she is guided and provoked by a seductive alter ego Vixen that may be a manifestation of her unraveling mind.

With her body failing and time collapsing, Adrian must confront who she is without fear, routine, or restraint. What begins as liberation edges toward self-destruction, blurring the line between empowerment and oblivion.

Fatal Insomnia is a psychologically charged, sensual descent into consciousness, control, and what remains of the self when sleep and tomorrow are no longer possible.
